Skincare Routine for Dry & Dehydrated Skin
1. Gentle Cleansing
• Use a hydrating, non-foaming cleanser (cream or oil-based).
• Avoid harsh soaps or cleansers with sulfates, as they strip natural oils.
2. Hydration First (Before Moisture)
• Apply a hydrating toner with ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, or aloe vera to attract moisture.
• Follow with a hydrating serum (hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, or panthenol) to replenish water levels in the skin.
3. Lock in Moisture
• Use a rich moisturizer with ceramides, squalane, shea butter, or fatty acids to prevent water loss.
• For extra hydration, layer a hydrating essence or gel-based moisturizer before the cream.
4. Sun Protection (Daily Must-Do!)
• Always wear SPF 30+ sunscreen (preferably hydrating formulas with added ceramides or hyaluronic acid).
• Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors.
Extra Hydration & Repair Tips
✅ Use a humidifier at night to maintain skin moisture.
